  I’ve been a Cricket customer for like 5 years and the customer service I recently started getting from Cierra at this location is top tier! She knows her stuff, is so informative, and lets me know what is the best option for me no matter my question. She is always multitasking and never makes me feel like I’m a bother no matter how busy she is! I can’t wait to expand my service with her recent recommendations! I recently added a line, got a new phone, and am looking forward to an upgrade on my own phone with the upgrade plus soon… plus home internet sounds like a great option for me! I had no idea all of this was possible. Thanks Cierra.

  Sierra at Cricket rocks she spent so much of her time setting up my account keeping my same number and when my old service was being difficult she handled them for me so I highly recommend her n Cricket for the best customer service
