  I had a bad experience at the Cricket store in WR. The lady store attendant was very rude. When I asked her to update my account. With my new card number. She said to do it over the phone which I had on me. Which is my own phone and it’s AT&T. I told her she was like (YES). Then I was puzzled thinking ok AT&T and Cricket are the same service I thought. As I was sitting there thinking and processing this. She said I don’t want to deal with u. Then the other worker helped me. I asked are the two services working together now. I didn’t get an answer. Then she called her boss and lied and blamed me for everything. So I just gladly made it worse for her. Then left after he updated my account for me. SO I RECOMMEND NO ONE GO TO THE STORE IN WR CAUSE THEY WILL ACCUSE YOU FOR BEING MEAN. WHEN THEY ARE THE ONES BEING MEAN. Because she was mean to the customer that she helped in front of me, he was trying to ask questions about the phone, and she was being really rude to him, so after all that she went and blame me for being rude when she was the one that was being rude in front of me to the other customers before me.

  I recommend this place for great customer service and support.. I recently went in for a new iPhone 16 Pro max.. I wasn’t expecting to purchase or receive a phone on the same day but I qualified for the progressive leasing program and it all worked out perfectly. Accessories and chargers included. I love my new phone! I wouldn’t have known about this plan. I’m so glad I took the time to come in and see what cricket had to offer. Stephanie was so helpful and informative and very nice! Great conversation and customer service.

  Waited outside for 25 mins. tried calling the office. Online it says they open at 10.

  Our visit to Window Rock Cricket was awesome, got a new phone and our sales manager Stephanie was awesome,quick and explained all information we needed.
