  Advertised open 24hr but half the time i make the 40min drive at 12am they are closed. Not only are they closed but it does not appear to be so you stand there till a loves employee sees you. The subway app does not work for this location. Most the time the bread is hard.

  UPDATE: A kind staff member addressed the issue when I stopped in today to address my concerns. THANK YOU. Seriously? The employee tells me the tomatoes have seen better days but then tells me the fresh tomatoes aren't cut up. Very poor service. In twenty years of patronizing Subway, a very bad experience here in Williams. Last time for me at this location. Honestly, training is absent these days.

  Very unhygienic and unprofessional , touching the meat with the same gloves, touching the veggies with doing all contamination no changing gloves

  Very nice and accommodating manager. This young man was super courteous and prepared our sandwiches as requested such as having my bread scrapped off in the center, and toasted first. I love their chocolately cookies. Three cookies are a better deal than buying individually. I didn't feel like cooking today, so we stopped here. You cant beat the sandwich of the day meal price. Glad we did stop here.
