Stopped at this Subway on Saturday, May 23 to grab something to eat and April was incredible! She was super nice and really funny, she had us laughing the whole time. It was an amazing service and such a fun experience, i never thought I’d have that kind of vibe at a Subway at 8 in the morning.
The sandwich was fresh and delicious too. April made our morning so much better. Thanks April, you’re awesome!

I ordered delivery of meatball sub. 3 very small meatballs on a 6" sub??? It was all sauce and bread with an occasional bite of a meatball.

This Subway had zero bread and side it would be at least a two hour wait.
The only thing the apparent manger good do was use AI to pull up a contact number.
Over the past two days, I’ve gone in during what should be normal, manageable times—and both times were beyond frustrating. There were only about three people ahead of me, yet I waited over 30 minutes just to get through the line. The pace of the employees was incredibly slow, like there was no sense of urgency at all.
What made it worse was the attitude. Instead of focusing on getting orders out, the staff were making rude comments and side remarks about customers coming in to order. It felt unprofessional and uncomfortable, especially when you’re just trying to grab a quick meal.
I even tried ordering ahead, thinking it would save time—but it didn’t. I still ended up waiting another 30 minutes after arriving, which completely defeats the purpose of ordering in advance.
This location seriously needs better management, improved customer service, and staff that actually care about doing their job efficiently. Right now, it feels like customers are an inconvenience rather than the reason the business exists.
I won’t be returning unless major changes are made.
