  It was a horrible experience. First of all, the customer service was horrible. Second of all, I was in the hospital and left very specific instructions that were not followed. The sauces and wings were all out of the bag and spilled everywhere the bag was wet and ripping from the bottom. The wings were dry and gross and tasted old. I called the store to tell them that my sauces were spilled and I really love their ranch so I was asking if I can get another ranch sauce because I like eating my wings with the ranch and the Wingstop worker denied that I even ordered any ranch or the mango sauce and I told him to look at my order and he’ll see it on there because I’m literally looking at it right now and he said no you’re a liar and then I asked to speak to a supervisor and he said I am the manager and then after a few minutes, he was like “oh yeah I see the sauces. Well too bad there’s nothing I can do.”

  Starting to get disappointed with Wingstop. Last order, there was a missing item. This order, the fries were cold, wings were over cooked and some wings were missing their sauce.
