  Very disappointed with my experience at this location tonight, especially with how the manager responded when I brought the issue to their attention. I placed an order and was given a quoted pickup time. I ended up being approximately 15 minutes later than that time. When I got home, the wings were completely cold and the fries were extremely soggy and clearly not fresh. This wasn’t a situation where the food was simply a little cooler than expected — the meal was in a condition that made it genuinely disappointing to spend around $25 on it. I contacted the restaurant because I wanted to give them an opportunity to address the issue. The manager’s response was essentially that their quoted pickup times are accurate and that if a customer is running late, the restaurant can hold off on making the order if they call ahead. That response really bothered me because it completely shifts the responsibility onto the customer while ignoring the actual issue. I’ve worked in food service for several years and have a culinary background, so I understand how food holding times and temperatures work. I’m not expecting food to remain piping hot indefinitely. But food should not be completely cold and the fries soggy after approximately a 15-minute delay. And I also disagree with the claim that the quoted pickup times are always accurate. I have personally gone into this location numerous times after being given a pickup time of 11, 15, or 18 minutes and still had to wait because the order wasn’t ready. So it’s frustrating to be told that the times are accurate every time when that has not been my experience. The manager did offer to put me in the Manager’s Book for a replacement meal, which I appreciate. However, the way the situation was explained to me left a bad impression. Instead of simply acknowledging that the food should not have been in that condition, the response focused on explaining why it was essentially my fault for being late. If a customer is only about 15 minutes late and the food is already stone cold, I think the restaurant should be asking why the food quality deteriorated that much — not simply pointing to the customer and saying they should have called. I’m not looking for special treatment. I’m asking for accountability and basic food quality. The food was unacceptable tonight, and the manager’s response made the experience even more disappointing.

  This is sad my chicken wings are not crispy at all it's like they only fried the chicken wing for 10 sec mind you i order them to be extra cooked. And the flavor is so bad i cant tell the difference from the 3 flavors i ordered. what a disappointment. You need to fully cook your food Wingstop!!!!.

  Stood there for 7 minutes while one staff member took an order and five others stood directly behind the counter leaning and talking. Bruh!

  Not sure if it's because I usually go during the later hours but my bone in wings almost always turn out overcooked, dry or stale. I appreciate that my online order is usually within 10 mins, but it makes me wonder if they were made to order or if I just get an old batch. Other locations in town usually take at least 20 - 30 mins, but at least they come out hot, juicy and fresh. I wouldn't mind the longer wait time if I knew the quality would be significantly better. Staff is usually friendly though.
