  Not sure if it's because I usually go during the later hours but my bone in wings almost always turn out overcooked, dry or stale. I appreciate that my online order is usually within 10 mins, but it makes me wonder if they were made to order or if I just get an old batch. Other locations in town usually take at least 20 - 30 mins, but at least they come out hot, juicy and fresh. I wouldn't mind the longer wait time if I knew the quality would be significantly better. Staff is usually friendly though.

  This new so called system Wingstop has implemented for getting out orders fast is not good. The wings look and taste as though they are PRE-COOKED and RE-DROPPED in oil per order to reheat and crisp up; which results in hard, saturated oily wings. Yuk! Wingstop Corporation/Franchisee. Listen - this is not the solution to getting chicken orders out quick. Revert back to FRESH chicken cooked to order. I have no problem waiting for fresh chicken wings, especially if I am paying. C'mon do better!

  The food and the service here is always phenomenal I am not sure why it’s rated so low. The prices are great the food is great service is always exceptional
