  Yay, first of all, they are open on Saturday and Sunday! Then the manager at store 5220 helped me transfer a document to their printer, as I was not able to do it. Thanks, very helpful !

  If your goal is to waste an hour of your life trying to return an Amazon package, this is the perfect place. I spent nearly an hour going back and forth between Amazon and this store. Amazon repeatedly confirmed that my QR code was valid and that everything was working correctly. Somehow, the employees here still couldn’t figure it out. Instead of trying to solve the problem, I was repeatedly told about their “two QR codes per return” policy, even though a single QR code covered both of my returns. Rather than listening, asking questions, or making any effort to help, the staff doubled down on telling me I was wrong despite Amazon repeatedly confirming otherwise. The customer service was dismissive, the communication was terrible, and every employee I interacted with was rude, unprofessional, and completely unhelpful. Not one person took ownership of the situation or made any genuine attempt to resolve it. It felt like everyone was more interested in arguing than helping. If your business advertises Amazon returns, your employees should know how Amazon returns actually work before wasting customers’ time. Standing in a store for nearly an hour because the staff either doesn’t understand the process or refuses to work through it is unacceptable. Zero stars if that were an option. Save yourself the frustration and go to literally any other location.

  The notary was incredibly helpful and patient when we brought her a bunch of documents at once. She and her coworkers also gave us additional help with our project, helping us find phone numbers and places we needed to go after. We will make an effort to use this specific store in the future.

  first let me say the staff is great. The problem is they are not empowered to make decisions and have absentee owners. The owners do not reply to email, and it per the staff, is the only way for customers to contact them. A common courtesy would be reply to the emails. It leaves customers and staffs at an impasse and makes the customer go elsewhere.
