  The people in this store have been friendly and helpful in getting packages shipped and accepting returns for Amazon. They are willing to calculate the best method to ship items. Today I tried to track a package I took to them, but it was sent USPS media mail. Nessa was very helpful in walking me through the process and when I got stuck she completed the tracking request for me. Other employees have been helpful as well. I’m glad they are my closest UPS store!

  I wanted to give a shout out to Will. I had a pretty complex return and he was able to help quite a bit and make the process more seamless.

  This store is 5 Star thanks to Nessa/Manager and Will/Assistant Manager. They consistently go above and beyond. Always helpful and very knowledgeable. They’re funny, too. Very pleasant. Perform actions well outside of their job description.

  Went on Saturday at 4:36 pm. It says it closes at 5 pm. A very rude employee was leaving and said we are closed and argued with me. I then saw the employee buying something at Bashas very unprofessional. A few more people came after me to the store confused about why it was closed early w/ no sign. I prefer Swan and Sunrise location.
