  I was a little shocked to see some of the negative reviews for this store. I have been taking my packages for return here for several years and never had any problems. I'm so glad it is so close to Catalina.

  Mr. Taha or some name like that amazing help made everything go by easy and smooth right when he noticed that the guy helping me was slowing things down. He picked it back up and was helping others and still doing stuff in the Background Will be back to ship from now on

  This UPS store location in Rancho Vistoso is absolutely fantastic! The customer service here is top notch and CONSISTENTLY so! And I’m a cranky old man who isn’t that easy to please. Need help connecting to their WiFi so you can get your Amazon return code downloaded to your phone for your return? No problem, they will help you scan it and do it cheerfully. Help with the return itself? Sure, let me help you (make sure you get the item in the bag, whatever it is). Shredding? No problem - we can shred it for you but if you want to do it yourself, we’re cool with that, too. That part impressed me. It didn’t feel high pressure or anything like that. The staff are just incredibly highly skilled in the art of customer service delivery! I am always happy when I walk out of there. They help me with whatever my task is, and they help me overcome any potential obstacles in a really pleasant and helpful manner. I love coming here!
