  Dayana who helped me was very nice and understanding. Helped me pick which days would be better to ship out my package and explained what everything meant. I’d definitely come back to this location

  Super helpful staff, notary services were fast and we were quickly attended by Jose. He was able to answer our questions and sort out our issues. Despite them being a headache and a half. After attending us, and preforming the full mile, he then called the next customer. He is on top of his service performance, and swift with his line. Great job, thank you!

  Walked in to get something notarized today. First man said “sit here and wait”. Second man says, we don’t notarize after 4pm… When asked why, they said their notary person leaves early… Maybe you should post hours to the public and not be shifty when questions are asked. I will be going the distance with this complaint. Signed an annoyed neighbor. We will take our business elsewhere.

  The customer service at this specific location is lacking. It is clear that the demeanor and professionalism are subpar. I recognize that businesses must charge for the resources they utilize to fulfill orders. However, the $3 fee to print a single label and an additional exorbitant fee for taping a package seem excessive. I declined the service, which ultimately worked in my favor, as I visited the location near my residence in Oro Valley on Oracle instead. I arrived with my printed label and my own tape this time. The staff greeted me and they were professional and helpful, using their own tape at no charge, which I did not anticipate. I was surprised and informed them that I had my own tape. The staff member smiled and taped the box without any additional cost. This experience was significantly different from the one at this Cortero exit location.
