  Every time I come in the morning they’re never open on time. Hours state they open at 8am, and it has never been the case when I stop by. Very inconvenient if it’s a stop before work. Literally 6 people waiting outside right now.

  I went in recently everything is overpriced it cost almost $4 to print a single page. The store hasn't been the same since they lost one of the best employees the one with the hummingbird tattoo. She always made sure it was clean, organized and would always multitask and help multiple customers without giving attitude and making sure everyone felt welcomed

  The worst. Two full time adult employees turned me over to a very young trainee. Consequently, it took waaaay too long. Slow, mistakes, no concern for customers.

  I carried 4 wheels that way 60 pounds each downstairs into my truck then to ups and into the store and they say well we can’t send them because eBay made one label so that means it’s $250 a wheel to send them instead of $250 for all four. They are ups but can’t fix it. Terrible service

  By looking at the past reviews, it seems that punctuality of the staff is not a priority. Arrive at 8am the posted business hours are 8-6, and no one arrived to unlock the store until 8:10am. When you are a punctual person yourself and have to be at work by a certain time, it's frustrating when someone else's problem getting to work on time causes you to be tardy.
