  Amazon shipped me a wrong item. Initiating a return, the AMZN website directed me to this location. Followed directions and took the product back. Lady at the counter was polite, but refused to help me with the return. Had to go to the Whole Foods on Speedway to take care of it.

  I use this location for all my UPS deliveries, generally every 3 or 4 months...point being and I'm not a frequent flyer, but every time I go in there they know my name, and more importantly to me they know my dog's name! Depending on how busy they are as soon as they see my face they go bring my package up. This is very reminiscent of a rural small business where the proprietor knows all of their customers.

  I have been using this store for years to ship packages, print important documents and use their copiers. What stands out the most and why I keep coming back are the staff. Doesn't matter who is working that day, they are courteous, professional and welcoming. They've earned my business and I will continue use them and suggest you try them as well.
