  Bella is a phenomenal CSR. Bella is BEYOND PATIENT!!!!, professional, caring and willing to do the research to help us find the best price for what we needed—reviewing all our options clearly and finding more if those didn’t work. Bella went out of her way to copy unusual sizes for us, discuss different options for packing and shipping, do returns, and most importantly…saved us a substantial amount of money by carefully packing an envelope pack versus a box. Bella’s kindness with helping my blind Aunt try to figure things out went so far above and beyond. There’s just not enough words to say how grateful we are and how amazing she is! Bella is the kind of CSR you always hope to get anywhere, she is a hard worker and role model for others and an huge asset to UPS! Bella is the kind of employee I would want to work for/with me. UPS Broadway and Craycroft is very blessed to have Bella as an associate! Thank you Bella!

  I’ve come to this location for ages. People know me here and I loved coming here. Today I ran to make it before 6 and they were already closed at 5:58. I know it’s 2 minutes but they had the gates closed and were clearly already shutting down well before this. I ran. I made it. And to already be fully shut down before closing really sucks.

  I use this store often and everyone helpful and nice. One star because of a delivery driver who instead of detailing my QVC order took it to store. Someone was home and I have a camera this guy didn't even try to deliver. I filled a complaint with QVC and I ordered these slide shoes paid for quick delivery because I have a broken toe can't wear my shoes so needed these.
