Placed order on app for pickup. Got home and saw they gave me 2 completely different subs, called and was told they were about to close but to come next night he would be there and would remake them. Took down my info and said he would leave note in case I came during day. Went in the next night since he said he'd be there. I didn't see him but the guy who was at counter immediately was kind of rude and didn't want to deal with it and just kept saying he couldn't help me I'd have to come the next day again. I had my receipt, I told him about the note and he went to back for about 30 seconds and then said he can't find the note and he isn't a manager so he can't even replace them even if it had just happened. There was another guy in back but I didn't see him so idk if he was the one from night before or not id talked to but it's a little ridiculous to not have a manager working the night shift that's open till 3am and is practically on campus and fairly busy most nights. If he can't process a refund or replacement order and implied there was no manager working then how can he even be responsible for doing the drawer counts and deposit and all that at end of the night? I used to work at subway and was a supervisor for many many years at the same type of establishment and I have never once not been able to do a refund or replacement order for a customer or had employees not be able to address and resolve a customers issue. Making the customer come back yet again for a 3rd trip there is absolutely unacceptable. I know if I call during the day they're going to tell me they don't know what I'm talking about either and I'm going to have been screwed. Maybe if I could of eaten either of the subs I did receive it wouldn't be that big of a deal but I couldn't I had to throw them out because they both had A LOT of onions on them and I'm allergic to onions. So..... Worst subway in Tucson at this point. I know this won't resolve my issue either but for once I'm not going to keep my mouth shut.

Slow — no more so than most other Subways, but that’s not a compliment. Otherwise as expected.
