  I’ve frequented this Subway many times and I’ve never thought to leave a review until tonight when I really had the best customer experience you could ask for. I placed an online order via the Subway® app and then received a phone call from an unknown number. My phone has unknown numbers silenced so I didn’t receive the call initially. I Googled the unknown number and found it was Subway who had called. The associate had called to verify my order: On their end it looked like I was maybe charged twice and she wanted to make sure I received my order the way it was meant to be placed. I really appreciated her taking the time to find out instead of just assuming one way or the other about what should have been done. She let me know the subs would be done shortly and as soon as I arrived, greeted me with a smile and made sure that my card wasn’t charged twice for the order. She also made sure I had my receipt just in case anything was weird with my bank statements and assured she’d make it right if there was an issue. I felt confident walking away and appreciated her kindness. Thank you, Crissy, for your help and going above and beyond to make sure you did the right thing! Employees and people like that are hard to come by. And of course, the sandwiches were delicious! Always a trusty go-to for us!! Will be back :)

  My friend and I went to the new Subway today while we were waiting my friend wasn't necessarily leaning on the glass or whatever it is but the door shut and then I said you should have a sign that says Don't Touch the door or cover or whatever it's called but it closed REALLY EASY... he actually had his hand between the two pieces on the metal. The girl says well I was raised not to touch glass because it breaks how condescending can that be. My friend is a large man.... he WASN'T really touching the GLASS.

  The employee with the hat Lucas way provided exceptional service and knows how to make an amazing sandwich! Will be coming back and I hope Lucas is there!
