  I would like to say that the young man working on August 10th around 5-530 is a dang rockstar. He was working by himself incredibly busy and the whole time courteous and kept a smile on his face. He greeted every customer that came in the door and kept his composure, and had the sandwiches done quickly like a pro! Flip side shame on you subway for making him work on his own what in the actual heck!!! That right there is how you lose good employees! That young man deserves a raise I wish I would have gotten his name this is at the oracle and Roger location.

  I’ve worked at subway for a long time and I’ve never ever had such a horrible customer service experience the lady working tonight was anything but welcoming if anything I felt like I was in the wrong for being there in the first place she got irritated when I asked for extra onions which made me feel even worse. I do believe in you never know what someone is going through and even with her blatant rudeness I tried to be nice. This store really needs to work on customer service and a welcoming atmosphere. I give everyone thinking about coming here a warning.

  I purchased a sub over the app which didnt have an option for the Italian Herbs & Cheese bread as an option so I went with thr regular white bread. Then immediately after ordering the sub on the app, I walked inside and saw that they did indeed have Italian Herbs & Cheese bread. I asked the girl working (who had not started on my order yet) if they could use the other bread. She looked over her shoulder at the more senior girl who told her not to do it. I asked why? And they said they needed to save it for other customers that didnt order online.. I was shocked at the horrid customer service and didnt say another word after that. I will not return to this location

  Order was backed up a little but the woman with the 2 braids made our sandwiches to perfection and labeled them. Was very professional. Will be back to this location!
