  Hi, I feel really bad to give not the best review. I know they always have only 1 person running the whole place even though there is actually 2 people in the store. He is the one that always peaks from the back when the young lady is always busy during rush time. Just FYI there has been multiple complains of having only one person for busy hours like Lunch time. Also, recommendation for when you are out of certain items. Please let the person, who made the online order know at the time of pick up. That you decided to substitute their item with something else. Or please wait and explain to them. Also, your phones seem to not be working. That could also help to avoid a second drive back to the store. I hope some of the issues can be solved. Other than that, please be there for your employees. Thank you for remaking my order.

  Today I visited and whoever the young lady is who was working the counter alone during lunch hour was fabulous! Girl you are chipper, and welcoming, and so friendly! Thank you very much for your excellent service in the midst of a lunch rush. The food was made expertly, precise, and quick. @manger- give this girl a raise asap. You may not know how valuable someone like this is, and if you're not careful, she'll be poached on no time. I'd give 10 stars for her work ethic alone if I could!

  This location needs more than one person working !!!! Always waiting even for online orders then the sandwich just gets thrown together

  Ordered 3 steak and cheese foot longs and a BLT salad with extra fresh mozzarella. The steak subs were cold, the cheese never melted because it was cold and never toasted. The bacon on the salad and on 1 of the subs was uncooked. Seriously folks...a 3 year old would've done a better job.
