    I give this post a two-star review because I have been going to this Subway for years and it's not until recently that they got rid of the hot pastrami sandwich

    They always say hello when you come into the store. It is exceptional clean. They make fresh food. The cookies are the best.

    Yesterday around 1:50 pm my husband and I stopped by to purchase sandwiches for us and our boys. When we first walked in, there was a customer with a cane informing a younger female employee (manager on duty?) who had an accent; that bathroom wasn't working. The employee with accent was rude/dismissive to the customer and commented that "there was a sign, they're both not working". The customer said there was no sign on the one toilet and that she was just informing them. The employee with the accent just replied that "they're not working" and the "guy had been called" to fix them. The customer with the cane walked our seemingly irritated. My husband and I were helped by an older female employee who began making our sandwhiches. The employee with the accent did not assist the older female employee by putting on the sandwhich toppings (which I have experienced at other subway locations) instead she began reaching over the older employee; filling already full toppings bins and reaching over our open sandwhiches laying to be completed on the prep counter!!! It took the older lady 20 minutes to make our sandwhiches by herself. The employee with the accent didnt offer to help the older employee even when she asked how to make a new wrap!!! As the older employee finally finished our order another couple walked in and employee with the accent helped them. We purchased sandwhiches for 4 people the order totalled $33. We will not return to Subway again. I hope someone trains the employee who seemed to be in charge on how to provide good customer service! So disappointed!!
