  Why is it every Subway I go to, the people they hire don't know how to change their gloves. The guy was touching a scale, handles on an oven, AND THE REGISTER while making 6 sandwiches AND grabbing meat with his hands from the bins and throwing it back. Gross. I had to tell him to change his gloves or else he would have kept on going.

  My husband just picked up our order and the bread is so stale I can literally knock on it. The store didn’t answer. Awful.

  HORRIBLE experience. ordered online while I was in my car. the man working took forever to come to the front to even accept our order. there was no one in the store at the time. two others walked in, mine already being paid for, just ignored. he then proceeded to take both ladies before my order, disregarding that it already went through the system.

  I had the privilege of being waited on by the general manager. I got the turkey the $4.99 sub of the day. The first thing I noticed was that she was going extremely light on every single vegetable that I added. For extra olives I got a grand total of six olives on my sub. I also had the privilege of seeing her deny a homeless person water when I informed the homeless person they had to have their own cup he grabbed one from the trash can because he is a homeless person and has nothing and she still refused him water. This is a horrible establishment and I do not recommend it to anybody not unless you want to support a business that denies water to homeless people in the desert or have to say extra extra extra extra extra extra extra extra extra extra extra extra for every single ingredient that you choose to add.
