Don’t order a BLT because it’s apparently too hard to make. You will get served this instead!! Don’t understand how it can possibly be messed up when the ingredients are literally in the name ! These kids really don’t know how to work now a days, the robots would do better. Thank you for scamming my $12 order for the day.

Blonde girl making this location look bad. Whoever closed on 5/24 was rude and disrespectful. I was calling the location from their window, I could hear the phone ring and I can hear her talking and shouting over it without ever picking up the phone. She knew I was at the window and never assisted me until I pulled around again as I missed the speaker the first time, and was only there for a pickup order. The store and location was so dim and barely lit with not a single car in sight but mine, I thought the restaurant had closed since it was late — which is why I pulled to the window as I had seen her shadow when I was pulling up. There are about 3 menu screens in the drive thru and a tiny speaker. It was so dark I couldn’t see it. When I pulled back around, she was rude and replied to my simple request in a condescending matter. I don’t know if she’s part of management, but customer service always comes first — especially at a fast food establishment. I drove far from home, late at night and the staff present was irresponsible, careless and my sandwich was pretty lame. She still took a long time after I was waiting for a total of 10 mins and my order was ready for 5-10 minute prior with ZERO customers but myself around midnight. The sun was sloppily made and didn’t meet my expectations taste wise. I’ve been a Subway customer for 20 years and I was honestly scared they had done something to my food since pulling up to a dark empty restaurant, dark window and dark empty parking lot was enough to get scolded by a bored, immature and ill-mannered Subway employee. The pricing is already high to be dealing with unkind customer service issues.

I lived at Subway on Irvington for about 30 years. Been coming here for a long time love the fact that we can use coupons. I was told today that we could not use any coupons anymore at that place is not participating in coupons. That’s pretty sad when at these times that we need places like this to help us By giving us discounts here is a manager on Irvington subway that doesn’t give a crap really sad to see. I’m not coming here anymore because I enjoy my coupons.

We asked if they take subway coupons they said no they don’t and that all subways don’t and that’s a lie. On top of that we ordered 3 footlongs and the way they put meat in it was very little portions & very little vegetables and 1 of the staff members that made the 3rd sandwich looked like she didn’t know what she was doing like she was scared to grab to much vegetables but never seen one employee just add 3 bell peppers and 3 onions on a sandwich before she put tiny bit of veggies on the sandwich like I never seen any subways add so little meat and so little vegetables this place sucked never eating there again and they had a lot of workers and was working way to slow I seen other subways with 1 person working faster then this place, terrible service and terrible the way they make peoples sandwiches.
