Im giving credit to the young lady that attended me so well, i have came to this location during different times and id liked to say both of the gentleman are lazy, when theres a rush and the workers seem fusterated (which i understand) the young lady still stays productive and professional in her service, makes sandwhiches neat and cleans her station while the guys are messy, everytime i see her shes up n abt cleaning or mopping or handling multiple customers, great job to the kiddo! I went monday where both gentlemen were working and veggie were messy and empty before lunch time,sometimes when i go for dinner the older guy is just sitting down instead of wiping down tables or brooming under the tables.

Two older guys here absolutely know what they're doing—masters of their craft. The staff as a whole? You could set off a firework and still not get eye contact. Sandwich is solid though, so we persevere.
The younger folks treat customization options like it's more of a vibe than instructions. Bread choice? Optional. Toasted? A state of mind. Ingredients? Spin the wheel.
Receiving exactly what you paid for feels more like entering a sweepstakes, and less like an order. I've waited over an hour here because sandwiches are not always made in the order they arrive, but according to whatever mysterious prophecy governs the kitchen that day.
Nothing stings quite like paying more because they refuse to honor the app coupons, only to get noticeably worse service than other franchises.
I had an amazing experience at Subway thanks to David! He did an excellent job making my subs — everything was fresh, perfectly portioned, and made exactly how I asked. He paid attention to every detail and made sure my order was just right.
On top of that, his customer service was absolutely perfect. He was friendly, patient, and professional the entire time. It’s rare to find someone who truly cares about both the food and the customer experience, and David definitely does.
Thank you, David, for going above and beyond! I’ll definitely be coming back.

Ordered online because I thought it would be faster and easier. But it was actually worse. When I walked into store old man started yelling at my girlfriend and I that he couldn’t make any sandwiches that were on the door. I told him I had already ordered and I was waiting for my food. He then continued to make my subs and huffing and puffing because I guess we asked for to much on the sub. He then told me he didn’t have any cookies which I had already paid for and told me I needed to contact support because there was nothing he can do about the items not given. Besides that HE STARTED BLOWING HIS NOSE INFRONT OF ALL THE TOPPINGS. If I could leave 0 stars I would
