  Bad customer service and they are very stingy with the vegetables and charged me for “extra veggies” when the “extra veggies” were 4 tiny pieces of jalepeno

  1st and last time that I come to this location. Tall white lady with glasses at the front who made my sandwich has poor communication and lacks basic customer service skills, when asked about a promotional sandwich that was advertised on a sign on the counter, she stated she did not know what sandwich that was and they were all up there . It is not so much what she said, is how she said it with a very condescending tone, sounded annoyed to explained anything beyond “what do you want “ I even lost my appetite and only ordered for my kids. Now I understand why this location has 2.9 stars.

  They weigh everything or count everything. Which is fine for meat, that’s the most expensive part but telling me I can’t have more than 6 pickles and 4 tomato slices on a foot long is unreal. The manager is penny pinching too much at this point.

  My sister and i love subway food and the prices aren't to bad.
