  Don't ever go through the drive-thru here. You'll just get screwed. I get a $13.57 sandwich. It doesn't even have maybe five pieces of onion on it. They forgot the lettuce. A baked sandwich that I ordered online and drove there within 10 minutes and it was cold. Unbelievable. Always go inside, always watch them, make your sub and make them make it your way. These people are not sandwich artists, you're the artist make it yours.

  Everytime i go to this subway, the service is always so poor. There’s usually only one person on the line even if there are multiple customers waiting. I’ve been ignored and disregarded multiple times at this establishment, I go back hoping that they’ll be better staffed or work more efficiently but it never changes.

  I ordered Subway on DoorDash because I wanted a peaceful sandwich at home. Instead, I received a mustard delivery system. I took one bite. MUSTARD. Another bite. MORE MUSTARD. By the third bite, I realized the mustard had completely taken over. It had moved in, unpacked, and changed the Wi-Fi password. The lettuce was fighting for its life, the tomatoes were drowning, the onions had been evacuated, and the meat was filing for witness protection. I hadn't seen the bread since opening the wrapper. I considered scraping some mustard off, but there was so much I needed construction equipment. I didn't need a napkin. I needed a snow shovel. I ordered through DoorDash, so I wasn't there to supervise. I wasn't saying, “A little more... actually, can you make this 87% mustard?” Mustard is supposed to be a supporting actor, not the lead. This sandwich had more mustard than ingredients. So Subway, please use mustard responsibly. Give it a gentle, tasteful, civilized squeeze—not one that says, “Let's see how much this bread can absorb.” 2 stars because underneath the mustard apocalypse, the sandwich was probably good. Unfortunately, I couldn't confirm that. I didn't order a yellow submarine. I ordered a sandwich. Please respect the difference.

  I think the location at Golf Links and Wilmot is the only one that carries veggie patties in Tucson. Please correct me if I am wrong.

  This subway had possibly the best customer service of any fast food restaurant I've ever been to. I didn't quite catch her name but she was Hispanic and I came in on Monday Aug 17 around 5pm and she was working. She greeted me immediately, then saw I was struggling with the app and helped me. She had a great attitude and answered all of my questions about the toppings well. She had amazing customer service that felt real and not faked. Also, the food was fresh and delicious!
