  This subway had possibly the best customer service of any fast food restaurant I've ever been to. I didn't quite catch her name but she was Hispanic and I came in on Monday Aug 17 around 5pm and she was working. She greeted me immediately, then saw I was struggling with the app and helped me. She had a great attitude and answered all of my questions about the toppings well. She had amazing customer service that felt real and not faked. Also, the food was fresh and delicious!

  Went in at 6/14/26 @11:40 pm clearly says on the website 2am is closing hours upon arrival was told that there was only wheat bread available not only that but employee's seemed very rude and non welcoming while putting together the sandwiches that were ordered employee continued to throw everything on the sandwich like she was in a hurry to get away from the front also did not have a great attitude from the start I absolutely will not be returning to this location again

  The service at the establishment was absolutely appalling. We went through the drive thru (no other cars or customers that we saw) and the young woman taking our order was absolutely disrespectful. From sighing out loud when we asked what sauce options we had, to yelling at us to pull up to the window. We had to ask multiple questions just to get clarification and each time we got more and more disrespect back. As someone who also works in food and customer service just hearing how she was acting was shocking. The bare minimum is to respect the customer especially when they’re respecting you. Even when we were being cashed out we could hear (who we assume is the young lady who took our order) yelling about something in the back. She acted as if our presence was a nuisance. Which I would understand if we came close to closing or we asked for 6 different sandwiches. However it was only 8pm and according to my knowledge they don’t close until 2am. We would have contacted a manager however I don’t think we could would be able to get in contact with one considering the attitude of the woman taking my order. I’m really disappointed in the over all mean behavior of the worker because it literally is just sandwiches. The food is good as always and hopefully hasn’t been tampered with but I wouldn’t doubt it because of the attitude we received just trying to order. Please remember this is your JOB and if you don’t want to do it, that’s fine, don’t be there or at least try to tolerate customers until you’re able to leave. - Sincerely, another food service worker.
