  I'm someone who really loves subway it's been my comfort food since I was 4, I went on Tuesday and everything was fine except there was a jalapeño in the middle of the sandwich. I can't handle spice at all so that was a terrible surprise especially when my boss heard me make whatever noise I made when I bit into the jalapeño. Today I went and they didn't even put the right bread on my sandwich and when I told them I was there for a mobile order the malw cashier immediately said "No... Sorry what was the name for the order" before grabbing my sandwich. Which I'm all for jokes and being funny but when someone prepaid for food and wants to be in and out we don't want to be held up by stupid jokes like this especially to find out you guys do not double check the sandwiches you make because I ordered regular white bread and instead got the bread with veins. I will probably order here again but I will be checking the quality of my food before leaving.

  I went to Subway yesterday about lunchtime between 1:30 and I had a coupon for two foot-long subs for 13.99 so i place my order for two sandwiches then the black male behind the counter said that the coupon does not include tuna however it did not say on the coupon it excludes tuna and the two male employees 1 black male and 1 white male were being rude and were rolling there eyes the white male ripped the coupon out of my hand that is unacceptably and he should be fired treating a customer like that i will never return to subway they lost my business all together I hope they close down and lose business for there idiot employees that think they can treat customers how ever they want and Subway probably doesn’t even care how rude there employees truly are you have camera you can see him rip the coupon out my hand all upset and mean 😡😡😡 it goes to show no corporate office number to report these two lousy employees.

The chain closed a net of 729 U.S. locations over the last year, continuing a decade-long contraction as the company sheds unprofitable stores. THIS may be one of them. 6/5/26, approx 6:00pm I just left this store with no sandwich at all after being told that any extra lettuce on my $3.99 Ham & Salami sandwich would cost me another .50 and also being reminded that it's only a $4 sandwich and that vegetables cost money too. How nice. I was also informed the owner has 42 franchises and the owner doesn't care whether I eat their $4 sandwiches or not. Wow!! That guy wouldn't let it go so I walked out. I've always asked and always received extra lettuce and I've never really checked- maybe I've been paying for it without realizing it. Never the less, this was not pleasant and I can always go somewhere else. So I did. And now I always will.
