Amazing service from Erica! She put a great amount of food on our sandwiches, and had a smile on her face the whole time! Great service!!

The young kid with the glasses and acne, super rude. I think he said his name is Neil. On top of being rushed since choosing the bread, he was visibly irritated by me wanting my sub done the way I like it. 3 Times did I have to ask him to not put my sub in the toaster yet because I wasn’t finished. (Extra cheese, add bacon, and onions On the sub prior to it going in the oven) Although I have never been charged for extra mayo, I won’t argue because he said that was policy. However, the eye rolling and breath huffing Was unnecessary when I asked for a water cup because it wasn’t stocked in the front and he had to go to the back to retrieve it. Food is always good so no complaints there. However, you guys lost two loyal Regular customers, not that us spending $46 on 2 subs matters or would hurt your business.

Came into subway late at night, was really surprised with the customer service it was great the gentleman was very positive and polite the place looked very clean!

Ordered on the app sandwiches were not cut right. Texture on the sandwich is off, the didn’t make the sandwich like the normally do .
