  If I could give it a negative star I would give it several. They do not understand cross-contamination and how dangerous it truly is I ordered a sandwich and there was pickle juice on the lettuce I almost went into anaphylactic shock. The owner or manager or whoever reached out by offering me a 6-inch free sub and telling me to look at the ingredients of stuff ingredients have nothing to do with cross contamination it is an outrage and they could kill somebody in the fact they don't care speaks volumes!!!!

  I usually don't write bad reviews, but this one is well-deserved. It's been a long time since I've had such an uninspired, non-friendly customer service experience as I had just now. One person seemed brand new to the job, he was fine; the person handling the check-out and finishing up the sandwiches had the personality of a paper cup, was messy, slow, and seemed to not really care about her appearance whatsoever. Complete embarrassment of what is normally a decent staff. I'll walk out and go somewhere else if I see her working there the next time I go in for a visit.
