Prior to my changes in insurance agents, I was a long time client with allstate. I was very content with my services with them, but due to the changing of cost of living, I had to seek other means of auto insurance that fit in my budget...
So was sad to leave allstate.. the staff is very friendly & knowledgeable of what was available to my needs.
And still are, they very courteous to my needs and keep me informed to how they can insure me, if I should desire to return to allstate,

While shopping around for car insurance quotes I was contacted by Susan Farrell. Because of the work I'm in (working in a call center) I kept missing her phone calls unfortunately. This did not deter Susan as she tried multiple times to call me over the course of several days, texted and even emailed me a quote using info from the past since she couldn't get a hold of me.
This shows how dedicated Susan was to provide exceptional customer service as well as to earn my business as a new customer. When I did connect with her she was super warm, welcoming and a pleasure to speak with and we had a great conversation. At this time my current insurance rates are cheaper than Sharliene Tripp Allstate insurance but once my rates are due for renewal I will be getting in touch with Susan 😀.

Called to get coverage while my family takes a trip to Mexico. Susan was very helpful and got me the insurance I needed quickly.

We have had all our policies with Sharliene Tripp and Allstate since we moved to AZ. Sharliene knows her business well and works with us to develop policies that are both affordable and provide good protection should we need it. I greatly appreciate her help.

If I could give zero stars, I would.
The experience with this agency has cost me $1500 over the last 6 years for an apartment that has not been ours since 2020. Seven years ago, we purchased a renters insurance policy through this agency for my daughter’s apartment while she attended the University of Arizona. She lived there for one year (typical for college apartments).
What I recently discovered is that we have continued to be charged approximately $250 every year for the past six years on a policy covering an apartment she hasn’t lived in since college. Ironically, I only discovered it because this agency contacted me to try to sell me additional insurance. Big mistake that was @Sharliene Trip Agency!!
I take responsibility for not catching the charges sooner. We have other Allstate policies, so seeing an Allstate charge on our credit card never raised any suspicion. The agency also says they sent annual renewal notices—but only to my daughter’s long-defunct University of Arizona email address. We never received a single paper notice or any communication at our current contact information.
While this may satisfy the technical requirements for renewal, it doesn’t feel like good faith customer service. When you’re insuring college rentals that almost always last a year or less, continuing to renew policies year after year without confirming that coverage is still needed creates a situation where customers can unknowingly pay for years.
If you’re a parent with a child attending the University of Arizona, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for renters insurance. Don’t assume it will end when the lease does as Sharliene and her team will continue to bill you until you catch it. Many of you are busy like me and have lots of transactions to keep track of....very easy for that renewal to fly under your radar while the insurance company continues to make money....with literally nothing at stake for them.
This experience has permanently cost this agency my trust and my business and I believe it should for anyone reading this post.
My final point: When I actually called today, the person I spoke with clearly had dealt with people like me that were upset about their business practices. She was not accommodating. Did not care about my complaint and could not get off the phone quicker.
