  I called with a question I should have known the answer to, but I had forgotten. Vanessa was incredibly patient and helpful as she got me the answer. And my experience with Sharliene and her staff has always been one of helpfulness and patience. We've been Allstate customers for years, and this crew is maybe the best we've ever worked with.

  I don’t offer reviews too often, but I needed to on this one! I have been with this Allstate agency for years now. I have just about every policy you could think of. Very recently I called in for a little tweaking on a policy and the customer service agent who picked up the phone on the second ring, she was terrific. This representative’s name is Susan. She is a true professional administrator whom could give a Masterclass on customer service. Susan’s speech was clear and precise. She is friendly and engages well. She has exemplary knowledge in the industry and giving the granular details in a fashion that you want to hear them. You quickly gain a sense of confidence that everything is accurate. Very important for the policy holder. I would highly recommend this agency any day of the week!

  Sharliene Insurance Agency was incredibly prompt, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. I reached out for a homeowners insurance quote and received an immediate response. Mrs. Czelene was really professional, courteous, and attentive, assisting me with everything I needed to transition from my previous insurer to Allstate. The entire process was seamless, and I truly appreciated not having to make multiple calls to my mortgage lender, as everything was handled efficiently on my behalf. Not only was the transition stress-free, but I also received a much better rate.   Allstate was able to save me a substantial amount of my homeowners insurance by bundling my auto and homeowners. They were very thorough and helpful and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend this office be your insurance needs.

  Sharliene' Office staff helped me with my Allstate insurance,I appreciate all the work that her staffs member Susan put into making sure all my needs were met I felt that she had been trained by a professional who have been in business for a long time I have a speech impairment that makes it hard for me to talk to the AI computers That normally answers all phones these days, but then the call was given to her staff and staff member Susan assured me that everything would be all right. I am so happy that I was able to get in contact with Sharlie Tripp office For my Allstate needs, they seem to know everything about Allstate, If I have any friends or family who needs to find out about insurance Then I will most definitely give them Sharliene's Tripp phone number Yours truly Herb Philpott
