  If you prefer non-personal communication, texting and email, rather than by phone or in person, this office might serve you well. Filed a claim in good faith with Allstate, only to be denied the day before an appraisal was scheduled. Allstate made the decision before an appraiser could give his/her evaluation of our catastrophe. I appealed to this office and I appealed to the national claims office. Absolutely no consideration from either. After the fact, through research, I discovered that Allstate denies more claims than any other major insurance company. Learned the hard way. Do your research before selecting an insurance company.

  My homeowners policy was cancelled and I had no knowledge of it until 30 days after it was cancelled. obviously there was some mail that did not get to me, but I received no call from my agent whatsoever. I went 30 days with no coverage and only found out because I got a bill for premium due up to the time the policy was cancelled.
