  WORST customer service and worst agent ever. Tried to use scare tactics and intimidation to up-sell his overpriced insurance products. Allowed the insurance to lapse on my home after I paid off my mortgage. Got a cancellation notice and bill AFTER my insurance had already lapsed. No call, no bill, no email prior to this, nothing. Duncan is a money hungry, rude, disrespectful, greedy cheat and con man who couldn't care less about his customers, and can't even be bothered to follow up to make sure coverage doesn't lapse, or even to send a bill. Do what I am doing and take your business elsewhere. I will NEVER do business with him or the Foremost company ever again. Got a quote elsewhere and found out he and Foremost were grossly overcharging me as I was able to get the same coverage for hundreds of dollars less elsewhere. This scammer should be stripped of his license.

  They farmed out my insurance policy overseas. I had an automatic payment issue and was NEVER TOLD. I got a cancel warning and then have spent 4 weeks trying to fix this. This office did NOTHING FOR ME. I had to call a call center in India. I got the runaround and the agent was never kind enough to check in on me, and even see how things were going. I did speak to a man name Mike who, while, kind, offered no help saying "It is not really our policy." Then why is KEITH DUNCAN ON MY POLICY PAYMENT FORM??? Anyway, my $200 oayment cost me $700 today. I suggest you ask this agency if they will farm out your policy to an outside of the USA agency..
