  I tried to deliver a luggage to my friend but Fedex kept it from the person trying to pick it up and asked for an ID even when she provided it they said it wasn't a proper ID so this review is for Fedex to fix their delivery and pick up service because this is just unacceptable so please FIX IT.

  FedEx is the worst shipping company especially this one out of Tucson. Multiple times now the say its out for delivery with a driver assigned and then they somehow need to assign a new delivery for it. When you have a very expensive package with bad weather you cancel plans and wait for it to show up just to waste multiple days of mine while they figure out nothing. FedEx sucks, i recomend any other company for your shipping needs.
