  I use FedEx print services 3-4 x a week. I know what I need and when I said what I needed they blew me off gave me another process that doesn't work for my purposes wasted 20-30 minutes of my time and now I have redo all of my requests for print jobs. Custom print is a service which requires listening and custom solutions. And my jobs are easy.

  March 9, 2026: I had to ship a package. Grant was really helpful saying I applied the pre-paid shipping label correctly (it just needed a little extra tape). Thank you, Grant! My husband and I are always satisfied with FedEx!

  I am writing to report a serious issue with my recent shipment (Tracking Number: 888379812865 The package was received with one side opened. The shipment originally contained five packages of goods, but upon opening the box, I found only two packages remaining inside. The missing three packages were not delivered I had no choice but to sign for the package, as I was concerned that refusing it might result in further theft or loss. I have attached photos of the opened box and its contents, as well as any relevant documentation and proof of value. I kindly request that FedEx investigate this issue urgently and provide appropriate compensation for the missing items. This shipment contains valuable goods, and the loss has caused significant financial dam Very bad
