  Their manager Mike Ehresberg is a complete tool who thinks it’s appropriate to insult costumers. What a fantastic way to demonstrate problem resolution skills in front of his employees. 0 stars.

  What a relief it was to get a last minute 6ft poster made for my event. Douglass made sure every thing was perfect and ready for me. He even went the extra mile to get it done same day, an hour before they closed. Thank you so much

  I think they're the only FedEx store that doesn't have a notary. Which is what we needed. But they seemed busy. And they had lots of staff to help everyone

  Should have noticed the 3 star review here! Go anywhere but here! They completely botched an important COLOR order I had here for an important presentation. I picked it up on the way to the airport to fly out to my presentation. Over 280 pages of color were printed as Black and white, and to top it off, the quality was blotchy. It was a color job, which I stated very clearly. It was a photo presentation🤷‍♂️Manager was rude, entitled, and acted like it was my problem because I couldn’t give him the time to fix it. I was on the way to the airport! No offer to give me a discount or the black and white items for free. Monumentally rude, unprofessional, zero people skills, and flippant. I can see why they have so many bad reviews.
