Reviews at FedEx don't really matter because people only go there because they have to. But I would avoid this one if at all possible.
We went to ship a work laptop with sensitive information, already paid for by the company. We had strict instructions to watch the laptop be packaged by the staff before we left. Mike, the store manager, told us that they won't pack while the customer waits and flashed the "policy" in a handbook at the desk. We pushed back and said, unfortunately, we had to wait when he doubled down and said he had several other things to pack first and implied it might be hours if we waited. So I asked if we could pack ourselves and he agreed and handed us a box. Then when I asked for bubble wrap he refused and said I had to buy it off the shelf. I was frustrated so went to take a picture of the policy to inform the employer in case other people encountered something similar. Mike yelled at me for "touching company materials" when he set it out in the first place. I actually read it and it said the customer doesn't HAVE to wait if they need a convenient option, but that they can if they want. So he lied to me and then got caught. At this point, he said "fine, I'll just pack it" and was done in less than 5 minutes. Unbelievably rude, and dishonest, especially for a store manager
