My five star review is for Ivory. She was very nice and helpful. She cared about my project and she really worked hard to get it done for me. She created my business cards that I had brought in, and had them ready for pickup the next day. I cannot say that for Mike. When I came in they were very busy, shipping large orders and receiving orders at the same time. I felt like he totally dismissed me. He even told me that helping out with business cards it's not what they do. Even though the internet said this was the location to go to for someone to help you with your printing needs. I asked if I should go to a different location. Then he told me I could email them to the store and wait for help. I thought maybe he was just having a bad day but now that I'm reading the reviews, I think there may be a problem with his customer service. I know working with customers is difficult, but if you're going to be in the customer service business you need to be able to handle working with people. Thank you very much Ivory for turning my experience around and showing me great customer service.
