Creating the report online was very easy. I didn’t understand the “Good Wrench” concept until I went to a repair place that I was referred to from the dealership. They told me that I had to have an estimate first. When I called the claims adjuster she recommended a repair shop that was Allstate approved. Then the process went quickly. The car rental was also not very clear. The repair shop had Enterprise pick me up but they didn’t have any claim information. I paid directly and let the online claim know that I needed a rental. Was surprised to be paid more than what I needed for the rental. I contacted the adjuster and was told that is what my claim pays and to keep the money.shop sen
