  Customer service staff were unable to cancel my cell service with Cricket. I was advised to call customer service. I did call but there was a lengthy wait and the call dropped after waiting 20 minutes. Customer Service is very poor with Cricket.

  I would advise everyone to double check anything this store does to your accounts and or phones. Upgrades never disclosed, insurance is never used instead they tell you to go upstairs and pay to get your phone fixed. A phone line my parents haven't used for years was never taken off their account and they've been paying since 2021. People who are not tech savvy and or not aware of their insurance or upgrades get taken advantage of. I will say they are very convincing and nice to your face.
