Had a very positive experience thanks to Lani and Uriel! They truly went above and beyond to help me today. Left with a new phone (was hoping the new SIM card would have fixed it 🥲) and I'm very pleased with the help and service they provided. Thank you both!

Customer service/manager Valerie rocks! 🤩 I had to get a new phone while I was on vacation and was still struggling with navigating some of the features. Valerie helped me get everything I needed, including helping me get my phone paired with my vehicle, and she did it so darn quickly! I was amazed! She is my cricket phone customer service Go -to person from now on. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
