Absolute worst customer service. I didnt even get the guys name because of how upsetting this experience was but he was working the store april 1st 2026 at 6pm. Waited close to an hour to get help while associate joked around and talked to another costumer about speakers and it almost felt as if he was taking longer on purpose, then two other customers walk in and he stops what hes doing to help them completely ignoring us. And when confronted about it, he says hes helping them because they will be quick when he never even asked what wr needed or if we would be quick. Ridiculous. This guy needs to get fired. Literally joking around about selling a speaker and taking pictures of the customer to send to his group chat. Never again

I went into this location today to cancel a line that I no longer use since I don’t even have the phone anymore. As soon as I walked in, the employee asked me from her desk what I needed. I explained that I wanted to cancel a line that’s currently on auto pay. She immediately told me to call 611. I told her I couldn’t because I no longer have the Cricket phone. She then told me to call the 1-800 Cricket number.
I never even made it to the desk. She never pulled up my account or attempted to help in-store.
When I called customer service, they couldn’t assist me because I didn’t remember my PIN, and they were sending the reset PIN to a phone number I no longer have access to. I ended up having to drive to a different Cricket location, where they helped me in less than 3 minutes.
What took them 3 minutes took over 2 hours of my time because this location simply didn’t want to help from the start. Very disappointing experience I won’t be returning to this store again.

This isn’t directly towards cricket on 22nd but the carriers customer service is horrible. The worst I’ve experienced, they cancelled the wrong phone line of mine and I had to pay 55$ of my hard earned money to reactivate the phone that they accidentally cancelled.

Destiny whas the best,she took care of me. I accidentally messed up on my survey and gave her a dissatisfied rating and meant to give her a very satisfied rating. They are the best and helped me on every question I had and set me up with a phone that I was familiar with. Thanks again Destiny and Cricket
