  After being a cricket customer for 3 years on my own line and having issue after issue with cricket, its not just the locations, it is literally cricket, the service themselves. My mom is a 10 year+ customer and she obviously will continue with them but they have burned all bridges today & I am out $150. I hope you take this as you please when looking at getting their service.

  I have had nothing but exceptional experience at this store. Oscar has been been more than helpful each and every time I go in. He has helped me with every situation I have had weather it's buying a phone or phone issues, I always come out the store with a new phone at great prices and my phone fixed immediately by Oscar. He is a great person and worker and I try to go in only when he is there because I know I will get what I came in asking for. Thank you cricket and Oscar your amazing!

  Yesterday 7-28-26 I was 1st assisted by a very helpful young man. I desperately needed a new phone and was dreading the process. Fidencio greated me right away and provided helpful information. I did have to leave for other matters but when I returned later on that evening Oscar finished the process. They both provided excellent service and were very professional and friendly. Thank You for your helpful and fast friendly service! I will be returning to this same office. Hands down the best service! Fidencio & Oscar
