  Yesterday 7-28-26 I was 1st assisted by a very helpful young man. I desperately needed a new phone and was dreading the process. Fidencio greated me right away and provided helpful information. I did have to leave for other matters but when I returned later on that evening Oscar finished the process. They both provided excellent service and were very professional and friendly. Thank You for your helpful and fast friendly service! I will be returning to this same office. Hands down the best service! Fidencio & Oscar

  Worst cricket store in town, terrible customer service, added a protection plan without my permission and the employees here are always distracted and not doing anything in particular, they need to be replaced with people who do want to work and help customers.
