  Worst cricket store in town, terrible customer service, added a protection plan without my permission and the employees here are always distracted and not doing anything in particular, they need to be replaced with people who do want to work and help customers.

  After having a very bad experience at another cricket location.I came to Oscar to go to Caroline.I was in and out within the 10 minutes.And he made sure my experience overall was good.I appreciate the customer service oscar keep up the good work
