  Such bad service. There was two ladies in the front and none of them were really helpful. We were trying to get one phone that it was supposed to be like free or something like that. The lady didn’t told us we had to pay extra for the case of the phone something that made us a bit annoyed cause she didn’t even asked or told us. After we asked she explained it came like a hole pack. Then she didn’t even knew what she was doing. We first got one phone then the other lady said it didn’t got on our plan so she went to change without even asked if we still wanted it. We explained one of the phones got stolen so we were trying to get that phone out of the line and she said she couldn’t sdo it form there but then the other lady said she could. After we got out the next day we find out this lady took one of the phones with insurance off the insure and put another phone instead that we didn’t wanted the insurance on. We called and they said they couldn’t switched back because the phone was considered “old” I don’t think that’s nice at all after it was THEIR mistake and the phone that had the insurance on got broken and we were trying to see if we could get a newer one for less price but now we will have to buy a completely new phone to full price because of this “mistake” really not cool at all.
