  Wednesday September 16 2026 between 11-3pm Two employee ladies I caught cramming me for something they never asked me or my boyfriend ending up finding out on the receipt they randomly charged me for phone upgrade plus and they didn't tell me until after all was said and done that I can remove it off when I had issues with the phones and hour later. They must be con artists and do this for a living to inexperienced customers or new clients Charging for products customers are unaware of, Definitely if I was the owner I would look into it . Only found out after I had issues with a free phone which was out of their hands, on top of that I asked them if it worked the same as any other phone since they said it was a display phone u would expect nothing but honesty from a salesperson but these people seem like two con artists working with each other. Workers name was nyla P. Only good part of experience was that they gifted us a case and screen protector I would still stick by my 1 star review because if they did this to me imagine all the other people they crammed to hit more sales quota I'd be very aware of doing business with this location

  ALERT-EMPLOYEE CRAMMERS, Employee name: Nyla P. Had issues with a free phone they told me was a demo phone I asked them if it worked the same as other ones and I would get freezing problems on the screen not even an hour after purchase and phone died within an hour and lagging I guess it was the cheapest one. they offered me an exchange but for the same phone, but the thing is both my wife and I got the same phone and same issues so a swap wouldn't fix that . They said it was out of their hands. Come to find out they run their business doing cramming taking advantage of customers to hit sales, randomly finding out from reading receipt. They ended up charging me 5$ for phone upgrade plus without my permission and they told me I can cancel it next month until after I pay again, on top of that they never asked me if I wanted the extra upgrade plus promotion and charged me for it anyways to make money off of me. They are Crammers come to find out. Only good part of the experience was they gave me a free phone case and screen protector, whatever won't be going with cricket again if I do definitely won't be this location if they run business by cramming other people every sale with new inexperienced customers, especially we are younger customers. Anyone would expect an employee to let you know there are going to be extra charges whether it says on the screen or coming out of the blue.

  Go to the 2 M's! Called ahead and asked about adding a line to my plan, thank you Ms. Melissa and Ms. Marianna for being patient, informative, and accommodating while I asked a million questions and transferred money to the right account! They even gave me car stickers (on the house), wouldn't go anywhere else!

  Great customer service my phone was going crazy and no body was able to make it work came here and they fix it right away thank you lady's.
