  Very disappointed! Went in to add two lines to my sister's account to get their 4lines for $100 deal plus two free phones as advertised. paid $130 and walked out with two cheep moto g play phones (I prefer iPhone), and service only to wake up the next morning with all 4 lines disconnected! Told we Had to pay another $90 to turn service back on. When I asked for a refund on the 2 line and just return the phone , I was told I would get $0 back since phones were included in plan and they do not refund activation fees or plans! Then come to find out, I could have gotten an iPhone 16 - "yesterday!". ended up paying $220 for two crap phones I don't even want!!

  Whatever you do don't go to cricket on 1st and ft.lowell service there is not even worth the stop.
