  I called to chat with someone about my homeowners policy and had the pleasure of working with Shameka, who was extraordinarily smart, helpful, and patient (especially since I kept interrupting her with questions). Shameka was thorough and knowledgeable, and gave me a quote right away. I am so glad I spoke with her.

  CARTER, SHAMEKA was amazing! I found a transaction that wasn’t showing as paid on my due date with National General. I called Allstate and explained the situation to Shameka. She immediately called National General with me on the line, took over the call, and handled everything for me. She went above and beyond to make sure the issue was resolved. Great job, Shameka! Thank you for your excellent customer service and for taking ownership of the situation!
