  They canceled online order after 5 minutes of waiting. Instructions read to reach out to location if I didn’t cancel the order. Sure enough, their phone is out of order. Poor experience all around, used online coupon that shows they participate but I’m assuming they cancel orders with promos from other people are mentioning in the reviews

  Placed my order using a coupon, rudely told we don't except expired coupons. The offer was still valid. Was told on my trio club that no roast beef was allowed. I only ended up with ham & turkey on my sub. Coupon was honored but was charged $4 extra for Ham which I did not ask for. Our subs were filled with very little meat & the toppings were a joke. Paying $7 for a paper thin sub is completely ridiculous. You have lost my business entirely.

  I came here yesterday (07/26) and today (7/27)to pickup the order. The same girl was working by herself both days . She is such a hard worker 🙂 , the management here sucks 😑. She definitely needs a raise. Eventhough it was hella busy the both time i came but she was keep on smiling and making sure everyone is happy 😊.

  The lady who opened today, July 11th 2026 should not be opening for this restaurant. She gives it a bad look. I came here before and she acted the same way and I walked out. It's well after opening time, but she seems frustrated because she's still doing prep and don't wanna help the guest telling then they are just gonna have to wait. She made me a half ass sandwich because she was rushing. I wouldn't recommend going here early in the morning. I don't know about what this place is like midday. But whoever the person is, that opened today should not be opening or representing this company.

  I usually dont post reviews but I feel like I have to do it . I came in today 06/29 . This indian lady is so nice and sweet , every time I come she is working herself, she needs some raise or something. She is so polite, she explains so well , she has beautiful smile , she even told me how I can join the rewards for better deals . Food was so fresh , bread meat veggies even the cookies. This store is the best 👌
