  The Gen z stare is real at this place. They won't greet you, they won't thank you. They will get your order wrong and they will stare at you and then they will get it wrong again and then they will start you some more. The manager will come over in silence and not apologize and stare at you and refund your money and stare at you and not try to make it right and stare at you!!!

  Kinda surprised this place has low reviews i live across from it so I order here all the time never had any issues with the way the food is cooked the delivery or even the app!

  DO NOT ORDER from this location. This restaurant is poorly operated and employees do not pay attention to detail. I get we make mistakes but upon my visit I noticed that everyone who ordered for dine-in were given their orders in takeout bags instead of on a tray which was about 3 guests. I asked for no seasoning on my fries and they kept the seasoning on them. I ordered large fries and they gave me a regular size side of fries. I ordered via the app and I saw that the wait was abnormally fast 7-12 mins. I got to the restaurant with that expectation in mind but waited for 25+ mins. I noticed that they would mark orders as ready but would still be preparing the food. This is meant to inflate the numbers on the app to make it more desirable to order from this location and also to appease corporate. The portions are significantly smaller compared to other franchises. I do not like leaving bad reviews but the message by the staff from this location is take out and do not dine-in. It either must be management or the operator who is promoting this anti-customer cost cutting environment.
