  First time here & there were three employees & several customers. The two male employees were assisting a customer & the female had just finished when I became the next to be serviced. She looked at me, said nothing & proceeded to literally stand near one male employee and watch whatever he was doing in assisting his customer. I approached the counter near them & asked, "can you help ME?" Why did I need to do that, she wasn't busy & why didn't she simply say next, how may I help you, or SOMETHING; when she finished the customer she was assisting vs looking at me & walking away!?!?!

  Paid insurance on my $2500 vintage gear recommended by staf, was damaged when shipped, claim was actively investigated for 6 months and they offered me $30, which was never received, 2 years later...you guys use FEDEX!
