  "Oooopps...Not, A Gooday Happyday N-Her-Gee N'frastructure..." Storefront; The Floors Was Covered In Several Days Of Tiny Scrambled Trash + Outside Debris. Customer Support; Meh - She Wasn't Dispatching A Joyful Work Environment. Product; $2.99 To Print A Copy Lable- Then Email It Back For Print...Non Effective Or Efficient. The Ambulance Is Awaiting To Visit The Clean-Up Dr. 🤣

  I have been receiving mail here for a month in one of their private mail boxes. I also have the highest tier package add-on, which make me feel secure they can sign for and hold my packages while I am at work and can pick them up one my way home. Only downsides are the 20 package limit per month before a $1 per package surcharge and there is no after hours mailbox access. however, I knew of both before I sign up, and I have no regrets.

  I wanted to give accolades to Brianna that helped me with a very fragile order yesterday 8/29/26. She was polite and patient and helped me maneuver the awkward item that I was shipping fragile to my customer in MN. I first walked in and the young man there just looked at me no greeting or anything. I had to stop and say hello. Just no greeting or customer service approach. Then Brianna appeared and spoke and asked if I needed help. I thanked her several time because it is hard to get good customer service no days and I see this a representation of the company. So I told her I wanted to give thanks publically for well done service and felt comfortable in shipping my fragile item with UPS yesterday.
