  I wasn’t pleased with the male employee who helped me this afternoon. Very disappointed with the rudeness, especially after there was no greeting and a very awkward stare and eyebrows raised and silence as I approached the counter and he laughed in my face as I handed over my ID and talked under his breath. I hadn’t said anything but a “yes I do” when he asked me if I had my ID. Is this typical behavior here? This is the second time I’ve had this happen with this employee. Both employees didn’t seem to be happy. Unfortunately it made me very uncomfortable and I will not be coming to this location again.

  Always have a good experience there. Except when I try to use the notary service and nobody was available to help with that. For everything else Always been polite even when some people is very rude to them. When we going to stop normalizing this behavior?
