  Pésima atención al cliente, la empleada "LINDA" 👎 fue demasiado grosera, para nada empática, mal educada, ostinada, trata al publico con despresio y despotismo. Desde no saludar, lanza las cajas contra el mostrador, nula capacidad resolutiva. En conclusión: Atención al cliente = 0

  I’ve been going to this ups store for a while now and the customer service is immaculate especially Yeishas. She is very respectful,patient and always willing to go the extra mile to help. These people with negative reviews must be going to a different store or are having serious personal issues because this staff is AMAZING! Keep up the good work.

  I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was frustrating from start to finish. I called this location about 20 minutes before arriving specifically to ask if they could print a document I was going to email. I was told they could, so I took a Lyft from the car dealership where my vehicle was being serviced. When I arrived, I was first told they couldn’t print it. Then I was told they could. Then they couldn’t find my email, even though it had been sent to the correct address. After several minutes, they suddenly found it. The entire process was disorganized and confusing. I was also surprised that I was instructed to email my documents to a Gmail address instead of an official @theupsstore.com email address. I was printing sensitive legal documents, and sending them to a generic Gmail account didn’t inspire much confidence. Using an official business email would seem much more professional and reassuring for customers handling private documents. To top it off, I was charged $7.55 to print 17 pages. I understand businesses charge for printing, but the combination of the poor communication, wasted time, and lack of organization made the price feel even harder to justify. The customer service I received from Yeisha came across as rude and dismissive. Instead of trying to resolve the confusion, I felt like I was an inconvenience. This should have been a simple five-minute transaction. Instead, it became a frustrating experience that I won’t be repeating. I’ll be taking my printing business elsewhere in the future.
