    What sort of store schedules only one employee at a time, especially on the weekend. Only come to this location if you’re prepared for incredibly long wait times. Do better UPS

    It was good. I wanted to go to the post office but my GPS sent me to the UPS store. The great thing about that is it wasn't crowded. Of course the rain might have contributed to that

    I had a very disappointing experience with Linda at UPS. Her attitude and level of professionalism were not what I expected. Unfortunately, it felt like she was unwilling to assist or do her job properly, which made the situation frustrating and unnecessarily difficult. I believe customers should be treated with respect and receive professional, helpful service. I hope UPS takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issue so customers can have a better experience in the future
