Worst UPS I’ve ever been to. The lady here has no interest in helping customers. Don’t bother trying to ship anything after 5, because even though the store closes at 6pm, the “system shuts down” and she won’t help you.

The customer service I received from Yeisha was top notch. She was able to help me take care of several copies, scans, and documents that needed to be sent. She was very patient with me and was able to troubleshoot some issues I was having so that everything could be completed. Her demeanor was so positive, friendly, patient, and very refreshing - especially since I was overwhelmed with making sure everything I needed got done. When I goofed up and had to return to the store because I made an error, her male co-worker was so unhelpful that I asked if Yeisha was around to help me. She came from the back of the store where only employees have access and she was delightful, helpful, and took care of what I needed, despite her coworker adamantly refusing to help me. I hope to see her there again next time I need something.

Linda and Miguel were very helpful and patient even when the store was 30 mins to closing. Very friendly customer service

Paid $71 to mail two Christmas packages on DEC 1.
Sixteen days later, one package is missing and one package is being returned to sender. Classic. Thx for helping to make Christmas special … and lesson learned. Use USPS.
And a follow up: UPS customer service is even more worthless: no one ever called saying there was a problem which would have saved everything. So 31 days later, and out $32, we will resend the now-returned package through the postal service. Merry Christmas UPS and here’s hoping karma heads your way.
