    We had a pleasant experience on Tuesday, 6/2/26, at about 5pm. And the girl working there was really nice. I ordered a salad and she even asked me if I was okay with her chopping it or if I wanted it just in the bowl, which was really nice because I love it chopped. She did it exactly how I love my salads from there. BUUUUUUUUT TODAY Thursday, 6/4/26, at about 6:40pm, was completely the opposite with the guy working there. Ordered my salad as always, he said they never chopped the salad at subway and said the only thing he could to was break the veggies WITH HIS HANDS(the mixing bowl and the chopping blade were right behind him). This other costumer had to tell him where to find the stuff to chop the salad. He completely drenched the salad in a dressing and guacamole mix, which made it soggy and nasty(We told him to put just a bit of dressing and the scoop of guacamole on top when the salad was done). We asked for crouton baggies and he kept saying they never carried croutons, only crackers?? Miraculously the croutons popped up in one of the cabinets after 6 minutes. How is it possible that we had a great experience on Tuesday and made the food exactly how they are trained too and then Thursday, it’s completely different just because someone doesn’t want to spend extra energy to do what they are paid to do. This was exactly the same location!!! Also, got charged way more than I did on Tuesday but at this point I was furious and just wanted to leave with my soupy salad. Great for the girl from Tuesday, but they should definitely check on how the guy from does his job and if he even wants to be there. I usually pay $9 something for the same exact salad but now I’m attaching the picture of my $15 soggy salad here. Subway, do better.

    As hungry as I was, I had to walk out without any food! I don't know if this lady was on something or what! She would not shut up and allow me to read the menu. She asked me 4 times in a row " are you for pick up". Are you for pick up? Are you for pick up. Then she began asking me "What type of bread do you want" I said that I wasn't sure yet as I tried viewing the menu. She would NOT shut up!! What type bread. What type bread. What type bread. What type bread. WOW!

    Worst experience in a subway restaurant - I was alone for 10 min, checked the cameras - when the rep walked up, she walked up with an attitude - she further got mad at me and started screaming at me because the bread was still raw, and I asked for another.

    ***GO SOMEWHERE ELSE***Ordered 2 sandwiches during lunch (ahead of time), planned to stop and go to get back to work. Got there with them still making the sandwiches, no one else was there so no big deal. Got my order, asked if my first sandwich had Avacado (lied to my face - saying yes) , happy I checked and let them know there in fact was NO AVACADO. Because of the bald faced lie, checked my second sandwich and was missing the pepperoni and bell peppers!!! Instead of offering to fix it, the guy starts looking for the receipt like I’m some kind of liar. LUCKILY he had a partner who added the missing items while he chose to use his time checking the receipt. I was not offered to have my sandwiches remade, was not offered any sort of consolation for the lies or amount of time wasted. By the time the sandwiches were able to be eaten, they were somehow over toasted and soggy, and cold as hell. Will update this should an offer be made to fix the experience, absolutely disgusting customer service and handling of this whole situation. But ideally, NEVER coming here again.

    I don't know where to start. I believe that the guy was high. I asked for one of my subs not to be toasted but he toasted both. I asked for mayo he said he had to go get it ok fine he was gone 3 4 minutes and I asked him could he please change his gloves he gave me a look then he did change them I thanked him then he changed them again still handling my same food which I thought was petty but whatever I thanked him again now it's time to check out I put in my phone number and I asked if I had rewards and he stared at me then I asked for my receipt and he was hesitant to give it to me and I gave him a look and said now hand me my receipt because you know I'm going to call corporate.
