Ordered two sandwiches for pick up 04/05 - never gave me any notification about store being closed, show up for pick up and all the doors were locked! Wasted my gas and went back home, I've now been trying to call the store ALL DAY and no one has answered the phone even once to figure out my refund. I was still charged for the two sandwiches that I didn't get, the app even says I picked them up which isn't possible because the doors were locked! NEED MY REFUND NOW! Also, answer your phones! Notice that the sign says open as well …

Long black hair in my sandwich after a pick up order. Bit right into it, went back to find the same male Sandwich artist with long black pony tail, no bun, no hairnet. Expressed my displeasure and asked to remake the whole order because I got 2 sandwiches and was scared of the second one. The male cares more about company policy of only replacing the one I brought back in even with the receipt than getting his grimy hair in people's food. Horrible attitude over a $3 6 inch on sale. Asked for a free cookie for my drive over and was denied yet again. This interaction took place around 1:08 pm 2/6/26. Dude should go stock shelves at Walmart if he wants to be swinging his uncovered hair everywhere.

It Was clean inside and service was nice, but the veggies looked old like they haven't been switched out for who knows how long and my bread did not taste or feel fresh at all. The meat and cheese did not have a good taste either. Never going back here again, and I'm hoping I don't get sick. Worst sandwich I have ever had
