  The young man serving us had long brown hair, I didn’t get his name but he had the worst attitude. When we came in to order he was wearing airpods and didn’t even greet us. As we were ordering he was so stingy with the toppings as shown in the photo (I ordered a turkey sandwich with cheese, lettuce, tomato, and banana pepper). Instead of asking us if we would like anything else he would just look up at us after he was done sprinkling a little portion. I couldn’t see the sandwich as he was making it but when we got home with our sandwiches we saw and tasted how horrible it was as we were basically eating just bread at that point. Shortly after that I called the location and the same guy answered the phone. When I explained the issue he basically said that should’ve been brought up when you were still here and didn’t even apologize for the terrible service.

  Waiting 25min for meatballs very disappointed. Wouldn't even substitute a lesser sub to get me out of here . Late back to work. Thanks subway

  Ordered two sandwiches for pick up 04/05 - never gave me any notification about store being closed, show up for pick up and all the doors were locked! Wasted my gas and went back home, I've now been trying to call the store ALL DAY and no one has answered the phone even once to figure out my refund. I was still charged for the two sandwiches that I didn't get, the app even says I picked them up which isn't possible because the doors were locked! NEED MY REFUND NOW! Also, answer your phones! Notice that the sign says open as well …
