  I ordered online and paid online for pick up. I went in to get my sandwich and they had given it to someone else. They then said they couldn’t make my sandwich because they used the last of the chicken to make the one they gave away. They made me a replacement sandwich (tuna) AND CHARGED ME FOR IT even though they GAVE SOMEONE ELSE THE SANDWICH I PAID FOR. They said I had to go online and request a refund. WHEN THEY GAVE AWAY MY SANDWICH THAT I PAID FOR. I went online and it was a bot, and didn’t issue me a refund.

  Management is great had small issue she resolved it quickly and it was due to a misunderstanding food here is great and will continue to be a customer at this location

  I go a lot of subways around the valley and this location is by far my favorite!! I came to this location for lunch today (May 2nd). Laila was the employee that helped me. She was so sweet, professional and helped me with a smile on her face! As I was putting a cap on my drink my clumsy self tipped it over and it spilt everywhere but Laila was so quick to help clean it up! I kept apologizing and she said “don’t worry! It’s no big deal I promise” ☺️ thank you so much Laila for being so kind and helpful! Also, the dinning area was super clean, they had great Choices on chips, drinks and cookies! 100/10!!!
