  Typical horrible experience much like other 1 star reviews. Stated out for delivery on Monday (no show) same Tuesday and here at 8 pm on Wednesday still nothing. Two special trips to Phoenix costing well over $1,000 in travel expenses and time lost because they can't deliver a simple box to a business. Should really advertise as an order pickup location only, that way you could go and get your package instead of it being on a truck somewhere and no way to contact driver. Absolutely worst experience I've ever had with any freight or delivery service.

  Dropped a box to ship, no waiting time and the gentleman was very nice and professional, this is a great FedEx Hub

  Every time I drop off from this specific facility they somehow seem to mess up the shipment!! Ive had some lost, bouncing from facility to facility or extremely delayed. Isnt this supposed to be a ship center? Why is it so hard to do their jobs?
